Gaining weight can be problematic as well as life threatening. A lot of fatal diseases which can cause instant death, might emerge from obesity. But there are ways that this obesity can be controlled by proper ways of diet. And that diet doesn’t include only vegetable and fruits like all the other typical diet. Diets can also contain protein and can be much more effective than the conventional way of dieting which people often ten to follow. Such type of diet is known as “Paleolithic diet” or “Caveman diet”. This is a total protein diet which was used to be followed by our ancient ancestors, who live approximately 10,000 years ago.

Paleo diet is manly the protein diet that helps fast weight loss and keeping a good shape. For our ancestors, meat and fish, that’s where their proteins came from and provided them the energy to do the heavy-lifting works, running and hunting. That was mainly the reason they were not nearly as obese as todays generations are. Although it had something to do with their ancient cooking style. Healthy fats have all the same importance in Paleo diet like the Paleo meat, fish, veggies and fruits. It is necessary to add this healthy fats to one’s daily Paleo routine. These fats can be found in

Avocado oil, butter, coconut oi, macadamia oil, olive oil, almonds, cashews, hazelnuts, pecans, pine nuts, pumpkin seed, sunflower seeds, walnuts.

Now, the last thing to do is, to make a meal plan from this food list, which contains at least each every type of food in daily meal plan. The meal plan should also include 1000-1200 calorie dietary plan so that excessive amount of food intake doesn’t happen.
